Centro's Research Areas

As Centro’s researchers charged with the production of knowledge on subjects that bear on the general well-being of Puerto Ricans, the Research Unit adopts and implements research programs for the study of critical conditions that affect the Puerto Rican community in the United States. These research programs have the potential to shape public policies that promote social change and justice.

At present the research areas for research programs adopted by Centro researchers entail the following content areas:
